Deposit Terms
- Deposited funds must come from your own account — third-party payments are not accepted.
- The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200.

Withdrawal Terms

Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New players at jo999 are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x), meaning you must wager 15 times the combined total of the deposit and bonus before withdrawing.
General Bonus Policy
- Only one bonus may be claimed per IP address, device or household.
- If you wish to decline a bonus, you must inform the support team before using any bonus balance.
- jo999 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse (bonus hunting) is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

VIP Program
jo999's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play. Cashback is added to your account at a set time each week.
